Flying with the Devil and Mr Ed

We’re not massive metal heads here in the office (well most of us aren’t anyway) but we were treated to a preview of the Iron Maiden Flight 666 doco a couple of months ago. What a revelation it was.  The band is so down to earth and so normal it’s unbelievable. Since they’ve been doing this for so long they they’re just so unpretentious and they seem like guys you would meet at the local pub any day of the week.  They are so uncool that most of them wear their own band T-shirts on stage.
Apart from the band though you also meet the fans and some of them almost steal the show.

The hair may be thinning but it’s still long and the spirit is strong. Maiden rules!
