Katchafire Announce NZ Tour Dates

Hot on the success of touring Hawaii and the USA playing to over 20,000 people at festivals, Katchafire are bringing it back to where it all started and will hit the road for a full NZ tour at the end of May.

Still one of New Zealand’s most loved bands, Katchafire have come a long way since forming as a covers outfit back in 1997. Inspired by Bob Marley and a cross section of roots, reggae and rock’n’roll their local popularity keeps increasing while their growing international reputation thrives as one of the world’s premiere reggae acts. With a double platinum debut album (Revival), a platinum follow up (Slow Burning), 2003’s highest selling single (Giddy Up), and the critically acclaimed 2007 release Say What You’re Thinking, Katchafire have nothing but ammo when it comes to their live set.
